The cafe style is vintage set in the 1940s the breakfast is good value for the price very good service from the owners could not fault the cafe
We have had breakfast here several times and it’s is always very good. The vintage theme is a lovely touch and the staff (in their tea dresses) are friendly and welcoming. The food is served quickly and is delicious. It’s also really good value for money
Becoming a bit of a regular here as good food, service and prices! Definitely worth a visit. Freshly made food for a good price.
I can honestly say that I am usually pretty fussy about food I eat out. I have been to the Bayleaf twice now for breakfast and have not been disappointed. The vintage theme is lovely, young staff make it appealing for all. Very well run, efficient and friendly service. They accommodate changes to menue choice and food is well presented, hot and very good value for money. As with most places cost of drinks in someway are disproportionate to food. However, saying that still very competitive compared to other places. Overall would definitely recommend and would encourage people to support independent cafe.
