Absolutely disgusting place has gone down hill I called and complained about the food the following morning at 11:30am as we live 20 mins away from there spoke to the young girl on the phone she said no one around to discuss the problem and said she would get someone to call back , still haven’t received the call back 6 days later , I was not happy with the take away after spending over £60 and won’t be doing so again , they’ve served under cooked curry goat carrots and potatoes in the curry goat weee rock hard absolutely vile goat so tough and the worse I’ve ever eaten in my life reported to the environment agency for under cooked food and will never be returning to the establishment could of solved this by returning my call and complaint but with no respect or return call review and environment agency informed! Avoid waste of money and undercooked which was inedible
I used to love ordering from this restaurant and always wanted to support this family run business. The food is absolutely amazing. However, the attention to detail when ordering takeaway food is deplorable. Every time I order, there is always something missing. The last order I made, they forgot 2 Mac and cheese sides. The menu price for this side was £5.95 but when I called to get a refund on the mac and cheese, they stated that they only charged me £4.95 each. The server also asked for my bank details over the phone for the refund. Who does that? On previous occasions, the refunds were made over the phone from the card details that the order was paid with. I cannot continue to support a business that consistently makes the same mistakes and does not learn from them. This tells me that they do not care about their customers and it does make me wonder if they are forgetting items on purpose. I now have to travel 30 minutes to Loughton to get my refund. Shocking and appalling but I can’t give away money for free.
What truly delicious food, full flavour, well rounded and mouth watering, friendly staff with a can do attitude- well done guys - excellent!
