So ein Ambiente und diesen absolut professionellen und sehr aufmerksamen Service bekommt man sonst nur in den besten Sternerestaurants der Welt. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen und können es nur empfehlen.

Plats de qualité et succulents. Le personnel est au petit soin. Une mention spéciale à Javed, barman, pour ses cocktails spéciaux qui sont juste à tomber.
I recently dined at Noble House and had a wonderful meal. The food was very authentic, offering true flavors that stood out.The cocktails were good, well-made and not too strong, which was perfect.Beyond the food and drinks, the service was super and friendly. A nice touch was that the chef came out to introduce themselves, adding a personal feel to the evening.Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd certainly recommend it for anyone looking for authentic Asian cuisine.
The food is good .and the view is amazing. The stuff is very cooperative and provied good serivce.this reflects a high level of professionallism in customer service .and chef ibrahim deserves special mention for his exceptional culinary skills.
We had dinner at Veda Restaurant during our stay at InterContinental Mauritius, and it was a truly delightful experience. As vegetarians, dining out can sometimes feel limiting, but at Veda, it was the complete opposite — we were made to feel understood, respected, and genuinely cared for.From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Samir, the restaurant manager. He took the time to speak with us, understand our preferences, and ensured everything was prepared just the way we liked it. His attentiveness, warmth, and personal touch made all the difference. You can feel how much pride he takes in delivering not just food, but a heartfelt experience.The ambiance at Veda was calm and elegant — perfect for a relaxed family dinner. The dishes were beautifully presented and full of flavor, with a range of unique vegetarian options that were both comforting and refined. Every bite felt like it was thoughtfully crafted.What stood out most was how Samir never made us feel like just another table — he made us feel like valued guests. There is a great variety of food, from vegan to meat eating. Food is constantly being topped up and was always fresh 
Had a wonderful experience at the Fusion restaurant, the food was impeccable and the customer service from the Manager, Ravi and Kevin was amazing. We had sushi and I will be definitely going back for some more. Thanks to all that made our experience amazing!! 
Happy to have this chance to spend quality time at this super resort and it’s facilities. We will for sure come back. The buffet is exceptional at this resort. Splendid boutique hotel resort. Can confirm it’s a 5********** rating. True 
We had a fantastic evening at Anno 1743. They catered for my partner who is Gluten Free and you would never know the food was any different to non gluten free meal. The old distillery is amazing and the roof top bar had spectacular views for your after dinner drinks. Excellent service made this experience a one in a lifetime experience. Can’t wait to go back again! Thank you.
Nous avons eu la chance de déjeuner aujourd'hui au restaurant Le Ségala, situé à l’hôtel Intercontinental Île Maurice, et l'expérience a été au-delà de nos attentes. Le chef Ibrahim nous a concocté un plat absolument succulent, parfaitement équilibré et avec des saveurs qui ont su nous émerveiller. Chaque bouchée était un vrai délice, et on sentait toute la passion et la maîtrise dans chaque détail du plat.Le service était également exceptionnel, opéré par M. Samir et Mme Bhavana, tous deux d’une très grande qualité. Leur attention, leur professionnalisme et leur amabilité ont grandement contribué à rendre ce moment unique.Je tiens à féliciter chaleureusement le chef Ibrahim ainsi que M. We had a wonderful couple of evenings and Dinner at Le Banyan restaurant. We particularly liked the service along with the excellent food. If you are lucky enough and arrive a bit early at the restaurant, you will be able to see the sunset in the most stunning way. The buffet has everyday a variety of choice as per the theme of the day. Which is also great is that as its getting hotter and hotter by these days, the buffet is a close and air conditioned one. Big applause to the team there for always caring for us. 
best restaurant of the 4 on site. Veruna and her team are excellent have excellent customer service skills, warm, accommodating and friendly. Food is fresh, flavorful and oh so tasty. From the starters, main to desserts, you will not be disappointed. Très bon restaurant avec un super chef tepanyaki. Le sushis y Sont également très bons Le personnel y est très gentil , mention spéciale pour Kevin 😊
