Couldn’t fault anything, literally. My husband and I had a false start with a 30 something wedding anniversary lunch, which left us feeling very down. We decided to make the hour plus trip to Voyager to make up for it. We were not let down.The last time I was here was 6 years ago, and it was five star then, as it is now. We were treated with respect, sincerity and enthusiasm by each and every employee, from the moment we walked in the door. The people on the wine tasting counter were refreshingly knowledgeable, attentive and professional. We had lunch, a must for any visitor, which is always truly memorable. The details, the love, the artistry that goes into the food is second to none.It is a slow lunch, so don’t be in a rush, but we never felt like we were waiting around for the next course, with smaller dishes in between and wait staff who spend time with you and clearly love what they are doing.Did I mention the chairs?! Thanks goodness at least one restaurant got this right! The wing back chairs are magnificent, so comfortable, the table at the exact height it should be. Thank you to everyone at Voyager for making it a memorable experience, as always.
As you can see above I don’t often write reviews , only when I come across exceptional food , Mikis comes very close to my experience at Blanca in Brooklyn absolutely stunning on all levels . The progression on the palate of each of the twenty three offerings was so well balanced , harmonious, outstanding , the date component reminded me of the plankton ravioli at Blanca , creamy ,unctuous, marvelous.Two adults one of whom did the wine pairing which was excellent ,a Japanese red wine looked like a Beaujolais tasted more like a cab sauv was memorable.Two fifteen year old boys equally impressed with the experience.
Perfect place for breakfast, warm and cozy during winter. Very good service, and food was tasty, especially the eggs florentine with the hollandaise sauce. Also loved that they have kids portion for the children, very family-friendly!
Koreanisches Restaurant mit authentischem Essen.Hatte Hühnchen - geschmacklich ausgezeichnet.Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit sein Essen selbst zuzubereiten.Service auch sehr gut.Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant.Klare Empfehlung!!
Bacon and egg Brekky toasty was unbelievably good. Also prompt service. Lovely location. We jagged comfy sofas in the shade. Just the best experience
Only came here for beers and we weren’t disappointed! Excellent choices relaxed atmosphere and amazing surroundings. They do excellent local wine as well
The service was next level. Waitress & bar lady served a very busy restaurant on their own, calmly and with a friendly smile. Very impressed. Our food choices were disappointing tho. Venison pate was tasteless & beef tartare was not great. Lovely ambiance tho art work didnt match.
Service was excellent and the food divine. The gnocchi was perfection on the plate and my companions meal was also lovely. Highly recommended for excellent dining in Margaret River.
Fabulous experience doing a coffee tasting. We were able to chose 3 coffees to try from the 12 or so beans available, which were then ground and brewed using a V60. Stella was incredibly helpful and for a 16 year old on day release from school, she did a brilliant job and obviously has a bright future ahead of her! She was very knowledgeable and we even shared a laugh about our joint interest in James Hoffmann's YouTube channel. We learnt a lot, the coffee was delicious and this was one of the best things we did in Margaret River. If we were local we would definitely be coming here for our coffee (the drive through was very busy).
Exceptional, the food, service and wine were beyond. We had the tasting menu and loved it, perfection in a beautiful setting ❤️
This winery was recommended and it certainly met and exceeded that recommendation. Scott and Anne Maree, hope I spelt that correctly, were very informative and allowed us to taste exactly what we wanted. The setting is amazing with food, playground as well as lovely wine. If you are in the area, make sure to drop in.
We had family down for Easter booked lunch on Saturday 6 course dégustation with wine pairing . Fabulous food , great wine pairing , great service ( thank you Ana). The afternoon was so thoroughly enjoyable , so glad we came .
Excellent food for dinner. I understand why the steak sandwich is an award winner! The ambience is also quiet and relaxed.
Such a cute place to eat. Amazing building and decor. Pizza was divine, authentic Italian style. Service was friendly.
Lovely place. Walking distance through a beautiful forest trail from the RAC camping grounds. The gin selection is outstanding, with carefully curated tasting selections with clear descriptions. Good range of share plates for food, and lovely grounds and surrounds.
Only stopped for a coffee but we came across it whilst taking the walk trail . The short experience was real nice . I was served with a friendly disposition and sitting amongst the trees and the river was great . I’d like to have this little secret to my self but I have to share this little coffee place .
So, I had a little off-peak trip to Margaret River on my days off.It’s been quite a while since I’ve been to Burger Baby, and imagine my surprise that this little foodery isn’t on the main drag of the “city limits” any more!Still, the move hasn’t affected the blissful burgers, beautiful beers and sublime service. Keep up the good work, guys….it’s what keeps us coming back!Hopefully Burger Baby will still be around my next visit to Margs….it won’t be 7 years between visits next time!
We were only in Margaret River for one night and luckily we chose the Tuck Shop for dinner! The food was delicious, with generous portions. The wine list was heavy on local labels, which the waiter had expert knowledge of. We didn't have a booking and it was very busy, so we were seated outside on the back deck - there were heaters, blankets and fairy lights which made very cosy. Being seated outside, sometimes there is a tendency to be overlooked, but the opposite was the case here. Service was exemplary. Could not fault the place. Thank you!
We arrived in town late, after dark and took pot luck on The River Hotel. The place was jumping with happy locals and holiday makers. 3 of us chose the lamb shoulder, which was cooked perfectly and accompanied by a tasty garnish with hints of mint. One of use chose to sup a Guinness, whilst the other 3 enjoyed local wines.
Mexi burrito is fantastic. Coffee was excellent. Great breaky bar to watch main street activity. riendly service. This is the longest running Cafe in Margaret River. Will definitely return.
