We’re glad we got there before it filled up. My lemon/blueberry French toast was incredible. I would’ve preferred less whipped cream though. Warning! It is super sweet. Blueberry sauce was plentiful and not watery. Florentine omelette was huge and so was the side of potatoes. Fresh OJ was very good. Our server Ella was efficient and a lot of fun. Super pleasant and she definitely added to our experience. I can easily see why this place is so busy. Prices were also reasonable for what you got. Would we eat there again! ABSOLUTELY!!
Absolutely the best omelet I have ever had. They are so fluffy it's like chewing on air. Other foods my family had were just as good. Reasonable pricing. Outstanding service. I very highly recommend going there.
This place is fantastic! Huge portions of wonderful food and prices are reasonable. Be prepared for long waits as this place is popular (for good reason!). I ordered a ham and cheese omelet and it was to die for. Thick and tasty with plenty of cheddar cheese and incredible little diced ham pieces. I ended up taking half home for another meal. Most entrees come with three buttermilk pancakes which are fluffy and light. Very filling though and again, I only ate half and took the extra home. My friend order some kind of Benedict which she said was excellent. She asked for potatoes instead of pancakes as she usually loves them here. Unfortunately, hers were badly burnt. She still enjoyed the rest of her meal. We will definitely return here!
For a tasty breakfast with attentive service, I highly recommend Birch Door. Good coffee, too! Decor and setting are 'elevated diner meets kitchy fun'. While the restaurant was packed with customers, we were seated and served promptly.
