I had a great expirience here. The villa was beautiful and a smart home. I felt so welcomed because the staff was very helpful and kind. Also the food was deliscious. I can highly recommend staying here - I had a beautiful stay.
The villa looked exactly like the pictures. It had AC, the bathroom looked amazing and was spacious, in general the place lived up to expectations so it was the best stay for me and my birthday.
The hotel staff and resort was beautiful. There is currently construction going on around the resort and we didn’t have much privacy as a result and it was quite noisy. However the location is brilliant if you hire a scooter. There is sand on the walkway to the rooms so worth noting to bring shoes suitable as sand did get in our rooms and beds!
The spa at the hotel is really accessible and we got a great massage. We had breakfast at the resort twice but found the food to not be as good as a few places down the road. Overall it was a beautiful space in a great location with helpful and lovely staff.

Le personnel était très sympa, les lieux très propre, et le petit déjeuné était très bon . Il y avait un choix de petit déjeuné incroyable : pancake / gauffre / avocado toast / riz frit / nouille frit / smoothie / porridge indonésien : petit déjeuné japonais etc..
Notre réservation incluait également un massage de 45mn offert via airbnb. (Massage qui était vraiment incroyable)
Il y a un spa et une piscine commune plus longue pour faire des longueurs.
Nous avons pu réservé un dîner en amoureux sur la piscine : je n’avais jamais dîner les pieds dans l’eau c’était super !
Il y avais pleins d’option : décoration de la piscine, petit déjeuné flottant, décoration de la chambre etc..
Nous pouvions également laver notre linge grâce au service.
Nous avons aussi pu réserver un scooter avec l'accueil qui nous a livré le scooter juste devant l’hôtel et s’est chargé de le rendre pour nous. Cela nous a grandement facilité !

I had the best experience at Astera and will for sure come back. I got greeted at the airport from Gede Suardana which made me immediately feel welcome in Bali. Even after a long flight and traffic he made sure I had the best drive to the hotel. The room was also perfect and everyone there went beyond the expectations to give me the best stay. The hotel is very clean and the food was delicious. Even thought it was hard to leave Gede made sure my last day and trip to the airport was as comfortable as possible. You can tell he really loves what he does and works with so much passion.
We enjoyed the very friendly staff, the food and most of all the rooms were very well appointed and lovely design!
We had amazing drivers who were more than happy to take us closer to Canggu beach and were friendly conversationalists. We would absolutely recommend Astera and would stay here again.
Good parking space, checkin on time, very great service, villa as described, very clean, good floating breakfast, kid friendly villa, when my jacuzzi night had a problem, the staff came very quickly to fix it even though it was very late at night.. I also got a free massage for 2 people. very pleasant & unforgettable experience, I came here to celebrate my son's birthday, and everything was perfect! I will come here again when I visit Bali!
